HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING HOCKEY CAMP

HIT Camp is designed for Travel Level and Rec Select players who are looking for intensive on/off ice training. Each On and Off-Ice Session will be fast paced, utilizing repetitions of power skating, edge work, puck handling and shooting techniques.
