At Palm Beach Skate Zone, we strive to provide exceptional experiences while maintaining clear and consistent policies. Please review the refund and cancellation information by program/category below.
All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

Public skating admissions and skate rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time purchased.

If you cannot make your original session, please call us at (561) 963-5900 before your scheduled time to transfer your admission to another available session.

No credit will be issued for missed or unused sessions without prior notice.

If you wish to receive a refund for a punch pass, the passes used will be deducted at the regular admission rate of $16 before calculating the refund and are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule based on availability.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Due to the fundraising nature of the event, fundraiser admissions are non-refundable

These are 50/50 fundraisers where profits are shared with the hosting organization, therefore we cannot issue refunds.

No camper may attend any camp until their bill is paid in full.

There will only be account credits applied for skating camp cancellations.

No credits will be given for partial attendance or absences.

With permission from the Camp Director, campers who have paid in full may switch the week they will attend camp, pending availability. Week switches are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

If you need to cancel:

Cancel 7 or more business days prior to your camp start date and receive a 100% credit minus a $50 administrative fee., usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

No credit will be provided if you cancel within seven (7) business days of your camp start date.

In the case of illness or injury:

A doctor's note is required for any credit to be considered.

If Palm Beach Skate Zone needs to cancel:

If cancellation is due to state, county, or camp location health orders or mandates before camp begins, you will receive a 100% credit usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering.

If cancellation occurs mid-week due to health orders or mandates, you will receive a prorated credit based on the number of canceled days, usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering.

At Palm Beach Skate Zone, we are committed to providing a clear and convenient payment experience for all guests. Please review our current payment and registration policies:
Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

ACH (Bank Transfers): Accepted for online payments through our secure registration system.

Cash: Accepted only for public skating admissions.
Cash payments for program registrations (including camps, classes, leagues, parties, and rentals) require written approval from the appropriate department head. -
Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
Payment Timing

Programs, Classes, Clinics, Leagues, and Camps: Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Online registration is required for all programs to ensure completion of the mandatory waiver form.

Public Skating & Events: Payment is due in full at the time of admission.

Birthday Parties: A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the end of the party, before leaving the facility.

Private Rentals: A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to the start of the rental.
Installment Plans

Select programs may offer payment plans. These must be arranged in advance and require a valid credit card or ACH method on file for scheduled payments.
Account Credits

If you have an account credit, it can currently only be redeemed in person at the front desk.

Due to limited space in many programs, we strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot.
Refunds

All approved refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.
