Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to learn to ice skate?
Even if you have never ice skated before, our coaches will get you skating in your first lesson. As a beginner, the biggest obstacle is usually a fear of falling. As you gain experience and confidence, your fear will fade and your skating skills will really take off. That usually takes a few weeks of dedicated practice.
How young can a kid start skating?
Am I too old to learn to skate?
People of all ages can learn to skate. While learning double and triple jumps is easiest for children and top competitors usually start training at a young age, you can always learn to skate regardless of your age. An ice skating coach will start you on the right path and help you set realistic goals.
